    Wei-Zen Chen received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, in 1992, 1994, and 1999, respectively.  

    From 1999-2002, he was an assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University, Chung-Li, Taiwan. Since 2002, he joined the Department of Electronics Engineering, National Chiao-Tung University, where he is currently an Associate Professor. He is the deputy executive director of National SoC Program, and also serves as IEEE solid-state circuit society Taipei Chapter chair starting from 2008.

    Dr. Chen’s research focuses on mixed-signal integrated circuit for wireless and wireline communication systems. He is a member of Phi-Tau-Phi honorary scholar society, and technical program committee member of the IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuit Conference (A-SSCC).
